Switzerland Circuit Court—Judge Allison.

Since our last report the following cases have been disposed of:

Lulie E. Marsh vs. Gabriel Marsh—Divorce. Submitted to Court; divorce granted.

John F. Kinman vs. Rachel Kinman—Divorce. Submitted to Court; granted.

State vs. James Brindley, Thos. Eads, and Alger Butler—Selling liquors to minors. Brindley and Eads plead guilty; fined $5 each. No pros as to Butler.

Oliver Bascom et als vs. Edward Bovard—Partition. A. C. Downey appointed Commissioner to made deed.

Isaac N. Cole vs. Joseph M. Lientz et als—Civil action. Tried by jury.

Wm. Lampton vs. Wm. H. Cunningham et als (Turnpike Directors)—Civil action. Tried by jury; judgment for plaintiff, $36.61. Motion for judgment on special findings.

Catherine Manford vs. U. P. Schenck—Partition; granted.

Henry Waltz vs. Isaac N. Cole—Civil action. Judgment for $708.

Solomon Froman vs. Elizabeth Phillips—Partition; granted.

First National Bank of Vevay vs. Simeon S. Orem—on Note. Judgment for $225.50.

First National Bank of Vevay vs. Elijah Waltz et als—Foreclosure. Change of venue to Jefferson county.

James Aiken vs. Theodore Cook et als—Foreclosure. Default and judgment for $2,895.87.

Wheeler vs. Wilson Sewing Machine Co. vs. Isom Brown—Foreclosure. Judgment for $93.29.

Several cases have been dismissed, or continued.
