SPECIAL TERM—JUDGE ALLISON.
A special term of Court was commenced last Tuesday.
The case of Ripley county vs. the Auditor of Switzerland county to compel him to issue order for money claimed. Finding for plaintiff to the amount of $1,180.86.
The issues are being made up in the case of Charles A. Clarkson et al vs. Eliza M. Dufour, sen., et al, but as Judge Allison has to commence a term of his own Circuit next week, he will not have time to try the case now. He will return as soon as possible and hear the case.
