Sarah Murphy et als vs. Joseph Tague et als—to recover real estate. Submitted to the Court and finding for plaintiffs.

Israel Warner et als vs. John Higham et als—appeal. Venue changed to Ohio County.

Daniel Wright vs. Robert Chapman—appeal. Submitted to a jury, who returned a verdict for plaintiff.

Isaac Stevens & Son vs. Susan Picket, Administrator of the Estate of Henry C. Picket, dec’d—claim on account. Submitted to the Court and finding for defendant.

Theodore Bonnell vs. George Brown et al—appeal. Submitted to the Court and finding for defendant.

Cynthia A. Craig et als vs. William J. Krutz—partition. Submitted to the Court and partition awarded.

State of Indaina vs. Harrison Gordon—foreclosure. Dismissed by agreement at cost of defendant.

John Jackson et als vs. the Pleasant Grove and Indian Creek Turnpike Company—on contract. Finding for plaintiffs in the sum of $181.55.
