State vs. Thomas Wright—Assault and battery. Submitted to the Court, and was fined $25.

Same vs. Thomas Higham—Obstructing highway. Tried by a jury who returned a verdict of guilty and assessed a fine of $5.

Same vs. John Jackson—Injury to toll gate. Nol pros.

Same vs. Edward Manual, jr., and David Manuel—Attempt to provoke an assault and battery. Nol pros.

Same vs. Hinson Bright—Appeal. Nol pros.

Same vs. Jesse Pearce—Public indecency. Nol pros.

Same vs. Huldah Sullivan, James Sullivan, James Sullivan, jr., Harrison Sullivan and Solomon Froman—Obstructing highway. Tried by a jury who returned a verdict of guilty as to Huldah and James Sullivan and Solomon Froman, and assessed a fine of $1 each, and not guilty as to James and Harrison Sullivan.
