CIRCUIT COURT—Special Term.

The Special Term of the Circuit Court convened Tuesday morning, Judge James Y. Allison, of Madison, presiding. Foreign Attorneys present: Hon. Richard Gregg, Aurora; Maj. James S. Jelley, Rising Sun.

The following cases have been disposed of up to going to press, as follows:

CIVIL DOCKET.

Joseph Cole vs. Isaac Cole: on contract. Continued by agreement.

Frank Dufour, Guardian, &c., vs. Harriet E. Dufour: to recover real estate. Venue changed to Jefferson county.

James H. Banta vs. Hiram H. Bakes: on an account. Venue changed to Jefferson County.

Nannie B. Bakes vs. Hiram H. Bakes: for alimony and to set aside a deed. Venue changed to Jefferson county.

Thomas Jager vs. Hannah Jager et als: to set aside a deed. Venue changed to Jefferson county.
