CIVIL DOCKET.

Ulysses P. Schenck et als vs. Julia C. Tandy et als: for partition. Final Report of Commissioner made and approved, and Commissioner discharged.

William H. Vandever et als vs. Susan Barcas et als: partition. Final Report of Commissioner made and approved, and Commissioner discharged.

Collins Bradley vs. Elijah Wiley et als: to set aside deed. Submitted to Jury, who finds for plaintiff, setting aside the deed, and judgment rendered accordingly.

Alden B. Smith, President of the Indiana Bank of Madison, Indiana, vs. Eli Rayl et als: foreclosure. Continued by agreement.

Nancy J. Keith vs. Lewis F. Works, Guardian, &c.: on an account. Dismissed by plaintiff.

Oliver W. Protsman vs. William Smith: civil action. Continued on motion of defendant, at his costs.

John S. Butler vs. Andrew J. Courtney: for damages. Verdict and judgment for plaintiff for one cent.

Jackson Pate vs. Henry A. Downey: on note. Judgment by agreement for $94.80.

James Torrance vs. Matthew Worstell et al. Continued by agreement at Worstell’s cost.

Harrison Sturgeon vs. Wesley H. Adkinson, Administrator, &c.: claim. $10 of claim allowed.

John Orem vs. Jane Peelman: for damages for enticing wife to leave him. Submitted to a jury, and dismissed by plaintiff after the case on behalf of defendant was nearly closed.

Benjamin F. Peabody et als vs. Francis Peabody, et als: to set aside deed. Continued by agreement.

Nathaniel Scudder et al vs. Dempsey Gullion: to recover real estate. Submitted to jury, and finding and judgment for plaintiff.

William R. Johnston vs. Nancy J. Keith: civil action. Submitted to Court, and finding and judgment for plaintiff for $55.69.

Thomas J. Griffith vs. Wesley H. Adkinson, Administrator, &c.: on claim of $5. Claim allowed.

George W. Vanpelt vs. Margaret A. Gray, Administratrix, &c.: on claim of $17. Dismissed for want of prosecution.

R. M. Tevis vs. Wm. M. Miller, Administrator, &c.: on claim of $10. Dismissed for want of prosecution.

Court adjourned last Tuesday. A Special Term will be held, commencing next Tuesday—Judge J. Y. Allison, of Madison, presiding.
