Since our last report the following cases have been disposed of:

James K. Pleasants, Administrator of Philip Romerill, deceased, vs. Gersham—Foreclosure. Submitted to the Court, and judgment for the plaintiff.

James H. Banta vs. Jonathan McMakin—on Account. Verdict for the defendant.

The State of Indiana ex rel James F. Heady vs. John S. Heady et als—on a Bond. Submitted to a Jury; verdict for plaintiff.

James T. Manford vs. J. M. Manford—on Note. Submitted to the Court; finding for the plaintiff in the sum of $329.32.

David A. Jennings vs. Jonathan Froman—Slander. Dismissed by the plaintiff; judgment against him for costs.

Eli Rayl vs. S. W. Hickman et al on Note. Submitted to a Jury, verdict for plaintiff.

Lydia Slater et al vs. Sarah Vanduzen et al—to set aside a Deed. Dismissed by plaintiff, with leave to withdraw the complaint; judgment against plaintiff for costs.

State of Indiana ex rel Alice M. Sullivan vs. John H. Wright—Bastardy. Dismissed, plaintiff having acknowledged in open Court that satisfactory provision had been made for the maintenance of the child.

John F. Bolton vs. Hannah Jagers et als—on Note. Finding for plaintiff.

Mary J. Wycoff vs. William Herrin et als—to set aside a Deed. Submitted to a Jury; verdict for plaintiff.

J. A. Humphrey et als vs. C. G. Humphrey et als—Partition. Report of partition; judgment on the report.

Charles Dibble vs. Jacob R. Harris—on Note. Continued by agreement.

G. W. Hathorn vs. Louisa Putnam, Administratrix of the Estate of J. G. Cotton, deceased—Appeal. Continued by agreement.

The Hon. James Y. Allison, of Madison, Ind., will hold a special term of the Circuit Court in Vevay next week, beginning on Monday.
