The County Commissioners met last Tuesday to receive election booths and fill vacancies in election Inspectors. George S. Pleasant, Precinct No. 2, Knox Mill, Jefferson township, was appointed in place of U. P. Craig, who declined to serve. Ira Banta, Precinct No. 4, Edgar House, Jefferson township, in place of Charles McVey—related to candidate. Peter Houze, Fairview Precinct, Cotton Township, in place of C. W. Mendell—related to a candidate.
