Absolom McCreary vs. Melissa McCreary—dismissed.

Lucretia Riley vs. William P. Riley—divorce and alimony; divorce granted and custody of children given to mother, and judgment for $300 alimony, payable $50 in 30 days, and $50 each 90 days thereafter until the whole is paid.
