STATE CASES.

State vs. James Neal; assault and battery with intent to kill. Trial by jury. Finding guilty of assault and battery simply, and fined $10.

State vs. Henry Fallis, Jr.; carrying concealed weapons. Trial by Court.—Finding not guilty.

State vs. John Boggs; malicious trespass. Plea of guilty. Fine $1.

State vs. John W. Lock; provoke.—Trial by Court. Finding not guilty.

State vs. Geo. Cole and A. J. Cole; malicious trespass. Information quashed.

State vs. George Cole; assault and battery. Trial by Court. Finding not guilty.

State vs. Charles Holdcraft; assault and battery. Plea of guilty. Fine $1.

DIVORCE DOCKET.

Lillie Breecke vs. Henry Breecke; granted.

CIVIL DOCKET.

John Rochat vs. Hiram Tilley; on note and attachment. Judgment for $184.75 and sale of property.

Rebecca Sigmon et al vs. Elizabeth Lock et al; partition. Judgment for partition and commissioner appointed.

Elizabeth Butler vs. Alfred Moredock et al, appeal. Judgment for plaintiff $9.66.

Hiram L. Richmond vs. Thomas J. Gibbs. Dismissed.

PROBATE DOCKET.

Guardianship of minor heirs of Henry Lock, deceased. Final report approved.

A large number of claims were allowed by administrators, several reports in final settlement were filed and continued for publication; also a number of petitions to sell at private sale were approved, and appointments made by clerk in vacation were approved.

Judge Walker, of Madison, will try some cases next week set down by the Court for trial before him.
