Rebecca Wright vs. Fletcher Wright—divorce; dismissed.

George W. Golay vs. John Bakes—on account; dismissed.

Sisters of Charity of St. Joseph vs. Thomas Armstrong, Guardian, &c.—on account; dismissed.

John Lester vs. John Lester, Ex’r, &c., of David Lester, dec’d—claim on account for $476; judgment on demurrer in favor of the estate.

William P. Riley vs. F. L. Grisard, Adm’r of Abner Clarkson, dec’d—claim on account for $263.70. Tried by a jury and judgment for plaintiff for $3.43.

First National Bank of Vevay vs. Benjamin Stoops et al—on note; finding for defendants William Tilley and Eliakim Stoops, and continued for process as to Benjamin Stoops.

John Andrew vs. John W. Miller et al—foreclosure; judgment and decree for $290.

Lewis Detraz vs. Ebenezer Hafford et al—foreclosure; decree granted. To be paid in installments. Amount of debt $3,475.44.

First National Bank of Vevay vs. George W. Murphy et al—on note; judgment for plaintiff for $342.25.
