Margaret J. Hemphill et al vs. Caroline Hutchinson et als—partition and damage; judgment for defendants. (Before Judge Walker.)

James Detraz vs. The Springfield F. & M. Insurances Co.—civil action in a policy of insurance; trial by jury; verdict for the defendant. (Before Judge Walker.)

John Andrew vs. James Smith et als—foreclosure; judgment and decree for $260.28.

Walter S. Scott vs. Polly Shadday et als—foreclosure; trial begun. Objection raised by the Court that Ben. F. Rodgers, Administrator of Emsley Shadday’s (sr.) estate, should be made a party. His final report having been filed and approved, asking to be discharged on account of his intended removal from the county, but the record not showing word discharged in approving and confirming report—cause thereupon continued until next term.

Charles F. Galbreath vs. Otis S. Waldo—damages; now on trial before jury.
