John W. Reed vs. Geo. W. Tilley et al—to set aside deed. Judgment for plaintiff.

John G. Sigmon vs. Simeon Orem et al—on note. Judgment for plaintiff for $440.90.

As we go to press the case of State vs. Joseph Bosaw and Edward Daily, charged with burglary and conspiring to commit same, is being tried.
