CIVIL DOCKET.

James Culbertson vs. Martin V. Brook et al. Foreclosure; Judgment $1,499.26.

Hiram Lostutter vs. John F. Green et als; on note. Judgment $1,665.00.

Sophia P. Ruter vs. Sarah M. James et al; partition. Dismissed.

Geo. W. Carver vs. Wm. J. Keeney, Replevin of watch and chain; appeal from Justice. Tried by Jury. Verdict for recovery of watch, valued at $4.00—and chain, valued at 20 cents—and one cent damages.

National Bank of Rising Sun vs. John F. Green et als; on note. Judgment $1,690.80.

Wm. Wilkie et als, vs. Van S. Branden et als; partition. Report of Commissioner. Approved.

James V. Anderson vs. Chas. J. Dufour; Civil Action for resisting process. Tried by Jury; verdict for plaintiff for $372.38.

Harriet Driver vs. Alfred Dunning; partition. Commissioner appointed.

CRIMINAL DOCKET.

State of Indiana vs. George Griffin, selling liquor without a license; five cases.—Plea of guilty as to three cases, and a fine of $10.00 in each. Nolied as to other two.

DIVORCE DOCKET.

Wm. Lanham vs. Hannah Lanham—Granted.

John H. Hamilton vs. Millie Hamilton. Granted.

Court adjourned last Saturday night.
