Digital images are available for all records found within the indexes on the Indiana’s Gore website.

The following information is needed for each request:

• County
• Record type
• Volume
• Page Number
• Item of interest

Examples of a full request are:

• Switzerland County, Deed Book A, p. 36, John Smith to Bob Jones
• Dearborn County, Deaths 1894-1896, p. 3, John Smith, died 3 Mar 1895

Newspaper requests should contain the following information:

• Name of newspaper
• Issue date
• Page number
• Item of Interest

For example: Vevay Reveille, 9 Dec 1882, p. 4, John Smith

Record requests costs $15. Additional records requested at the same time cost $7 each. An additional fee may be added for records over 10 pages in length. Digital copies are typically sent within 1 week of payment.
