Charles Vattier, owner of ferry crossing Ohio River by Bassett, his attorney, filed petition showing that Elijah Horsley had obtained a license to keep a ferry across the Ohio River and failed in keeping the boats. Praying that ferry be vacated. Elijah Horsley cited and summoned to next session of board.
