Legal Notes.

Circuit Court commenced last Tuesday morning.

Judge Allison is in poor health; but being wirey, tough, and naturally industrious, is going right along with his work.

Capt. John B. Coles was in town this week, attending to legal business.

Eugene G. Hay, Prosecuting Attorney, is looking after the interests of the State, ready to prosecute violators of laws.

Hon. John. F. Bellamy, of Madison, came up last night.

There have been some changes for grand jurymen. J. W. Howard, P. A. Bettens, and Lysander Froman gave excuses satisfactory to the court, and were allowed to go to their homes.—Ralph Cotton, John C. L. Neal, and John Neal were substituted in their places.
