The following are the transfers of real estate in this county, from Jan. 1st to Jan. 8, as furnished us by the county Recorder:

John R. S. Smith to Robert A. Knox. Lot no. 13 in the original town of Vevay, for $250.

John R. S. Smith to James K. Pleasants. Lots No. 19, 20, 21 and 22 in Francis G. Sheets addition to the town of Vevay, for $500.

John R. S. Smith to George W. Anshutz. Lot No. 53, and part of 51 and 52 in the original town of Vevay, for $1,800.
