J. B. Voris and Dr. A. G. Craig, Jury Commissioners, having placed the requisite number of names in box May 28th Clerk E. E. Kelso, in their presence drew the names of the following persons to serve as Jurors:

GRAND JURY.—A. J. Schenck, Walter F. Armstrong, C. F. Bellamy, G. W. McKay, Sr., Abram Weaver, Geo. Cook.

The Grand Jury have not been summoned for this term and will not be unless necessary.

PETIT JURY.—Perry Cotton, James Peak, Milo Ogle, George Huston, Mike Gray, Jerry Holcraft, Charles Danner, Joshua Patton, Jacob Cotton, Perry Franklin, George McClanaham and Henry Elfers.
