Probate Complete Record Books compile every action made by the court pertaining to a certain estate. Since the estates were recorded only after the estate was closed, each book covers a variety of years. Not every estate is included.
In 1833, the Ohio County Probate Court recorded the rules they used to determine when a probate would be recorded in the Complete Record books. You can read those rules here.
