From the Rising Sun Recorder we learn that among other cases disposed of were the following:

John Baker, guardian; final report.

Rozella Pate was granted a divorce from John F. Pate, and custody of child.

Dr. Wm. Gilespie was allowed $31 from the estate of M. P. Merrill.

Franklin Dennis et al vs. Harriet Luther et al—for partition—granted and S. H. Stewart appointed Commissioner.

Wm. H. Sullivan, on note, was granted judgment against Jas. M. North, Jr., for $242.45.

Final report in estate of Matilda Merrill filed and accepted.
