My son, Frank Rossfeld, a minor, having left home without any consent, all persons are hereby warned not to harbor or credit him on my account, as I will pay no debts of his contracting after this date.

My wife, Jane Nichols, having left my bed and board, with the avowed intention of not again returning to live with me as a wife, the public will therefore take notice of the fact and not trust her on my account.
