The Board of Directors of the Dearborn County Agricultural Society met in accordance to previous notice. Members present: Lane, Cobb, Trester, Milburn, Giegoldt, Hill and Wright. Lane, presiding.
On motion, George W. Lane, J. N. Milburn, and H. F. Wright were appointed as a committee to act in concert with the Executive Committee, to settle the claims against the Society.
