Stevens and Warren Tibbs, commissioners, report as to damage which would be sustained by Stephen Ludlow and Eliza Sparks in consequence of a change in the state road from Lawrenceburg to Indianapolis, as reported by James Walker, John Dashiell and William Purcell, viewers of proposed alteration. No damages found. Road to be altered and opened. Arthur St. C. Vance, surveyor.
