The creditors of Moses Tapley, late of the county of Dearborn, deceased, are hereby notified, that the undersigned have filed their bill of complaint with the Dearborn circuit court, and court of the settlement of decedent’s estates, in and for the county of Dearborn—setting forth the condition of said estate both real and personal; and shewing the insolvency of said estate. Notice is therefore hereby given to the creditors of said deceased, to present their claims before the fourth Monday in September next, otherwise their claims will be postponed.

This land will be sold in lots of various sizes. The terms are one third cash in hand, one third in six, and the residue of the purchase money in twelve months from the day of sale, bond and security will be required for the deferred payments. By order of the Dearborn Circuit Court, and Court for the settlement of decendents estates for Dearborn County.
