“Whereas, It appears that David Armstrong is guardian of John Corns, a citizen of this county and now an inmate of the County Poor House and a charge of the county. And, whereas It also appears that there is in the hands of said guardian money belonging to his said ward amounting now to the sum of $511.48.

“Be it therefore ordered, that the County Attorney be required to take such steps as will enable said guardian to pay to the custodian of said John Corns such sum of money annually as will equal the amount now paid by the county for the support of said Corns as such county charge, and as will also secure the proper rebate to the county for such sums so paid by said guardian for the time which said Corns may be an inmate of said Poor House from now on. Also to secure the county from said guardian a rebate sufficient to compensate for the amounts heretofore paid by the county for the support of said Corns.

“Above order concurred in by Board.”
