Pleasant Township Republican Convention.
Bennington, Ind., March 21.
Pursuant to notice the Union Republican voters of Pleasant Township, Switzerland county, met in Convention at Bennington.
The meeting was organized by electing Luther M. Hotchkiss President, and J. B. Voris Secretary.
The following ticket was chosen by acclamation, there being but one candidate for each office.
For Justice of the Peace—William Towers.
Township Trustee—T. B. McGregor.
Constables—James Riley, S. S. Cole, Andrew Thrasher.

On motion the Secretary was requested to furnish the Vevay Reveille with the proceedings of the meeting for publication.
The Convention then adjourned.
