Acts of Assembly Passed at the Second Session of the Second General Assembly of the Indiana Territory. Begun and held at the Town of Vicennes, on Monday the twenty sixth day of September, A. D. one thousand eight hundred and eight.

Chapter 1. An act to form a new County out of the Counties of Knox and Clark.

Chapter 2. An act to amend an act, entitled “An act for opening and regulating Public Roads and Highways.”

Chapter 3. An act for the relief of Catherine Moore.

Chapter 4. An act to amend an act, entitled “An act regulating the Fees of the several Officers and persons therein named.”

Chapter 5. An act supplemental to an act, entitled “An act regulating the Practice in the General Court, and Courts of Common Pleas ad for other purposes.”
